By using VITEG, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies we may post. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

As a content creator on VITEG, you:

• Are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or otherwise make available on the platform.
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and licenses to the content you upload, and that it does not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
• Agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, obscene, offensive, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by VITEG in its sole discretion.
• Acknowledge that VITEG may review and remove content that violates these Terms, or that is flagged by other users.
• Understand and agree that VITEG may modify, redistribute, or use your content for promotional purposes (with proper attribution), including in app listings, marketing materials, and social media promotions.

• Viewers of the content offered by creators must pay to access certain content within the app.
• You agree to pay for any content you wish to view, as indicated by the payment system within the app.
• All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the provider.
• Payments for content are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided in our refund policy (if available).
• VITEG reserves the right to set the prices for content or adjust pricing at any time.

• Content creators will receive a share of the revenue generated from the pay-to-view system, subject to VITEG's revenue-sharing model and applicable fees.
• VITEG may retain a percentage of the fees paid by viewers for each piece of content, as outlined in our Creator Revenue Policy.
• Payments to content creators are subject to a payment threshold and may be subject to payment processing fees.
• You agree that VITEG can withhold or delay payouts if there are issues with your account or if your content is under investigation for violating these Terms.

By uploading content to VITEG, you grant VITEG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, modify, and promote your content within the app and through other promotional channels operated by VITEG. This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading or distributing harmful software or malware.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate the payment system.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Using VITEG for illegal activities or promoting illegal conduct.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to VITEG's servers or infrastructure.
• Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of VITEG, including by exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities.

VITEG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in and to VITEG, including the app, website, and all associated materials, are owned by VITEG or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on VITEG's intellectual property without explicit permission from VITEG.

Your use of VITEG is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

VITEG may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or system abuse.

You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. Upon termination, you will cease using VITEG and may lose access to your content and any earnings associated with your account.

VITEG makes no representations or warranties about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service, and you use the Service at your own risk.

VITEG is not responsible for the actions or content of other users or third parties, including creators and viewers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITEG's liability is limited to the amount you paid to access the content or services during the last 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VITEG, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of VITEG, including any violations of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

VITEG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the app and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of VITEG after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
